Rental Prices


Booking Notes:
Weekly Rates (M/M or F/F) - Monday to Monday or Friday to Friday - arrive from 3pm, depart by 10am. 
Short Breaks (M/F) – Mid-week 4 nights - arrive Monday from 3pm, depart Friday by 10am.
Short Breaks (F/M) – Weekend 3 nights - arrive Friday from 3pm, depart Monday by 10am. 
Short Breaks (F/Su) – Weekend 2 nights - arrive Friday from 3pm, depart Sunday by 10am. 

Late Check Out £30 – please ask at the office on arrival, (12 noon week days, 1pm weekends)
Pets - unfortunately NO pets allowed. Please be aware that some guests may be highly allergic to cat hair.

Fishing Charges for Lodge Guests
Green lane £20 per angler per stay
Lake pochard specimen lake £10 per angler per 24hrs (includes night fishing)

There are a limited amount of swims, for the enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly request that you check availability by emailing bookings@lakesidelodges.co.uk.

Payment Terms: 
a 50% non refundable deposit required when the booking dates are confirmed,  the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the first day of your booking.  

Cancellation Policy: 
Deposits are non-refundable
More than 28 days notice - no additional charge
14-28 days notice - 50% of balance + deposit
0-14 days notice - 100% of balance + deposit
